The permanent, public record of every correction we publish. We fix substantive errors in the open — on the original page, at the top of the next edition, and here — never silently.
When The 6th Estate gets a substantive fact wrong, the correction is posted on the original story with a timestamp and a plain explanation of what changed, run prominently at the top of the following edition in comparable type, and logged permanently on this page.
